The Soul of the City BID is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for fiduciary oversight, strategic direction, accountability, and stewardship of the organization’s public purpose.

The Board brings together perspectives from property ownership, business, community leadership, institutional partners, and the broader district to help ensure that BID priorities reflect the long-term interests of Congress Heights, Washington Highlands, and Bellevue.
